CICERO DUO TO PRESENT FRANK SINATRA: THE MAN & HIS MUSIC

Experience a conversational, multi-media musical presentation of Frank Sinatra:  The Man & His Music, on Sunday, June 26, 2016 from 3-5PM, (Doors open at 2:30PM) The event is being held in the side auditorium at Believers’ Chapel, 7912 Thompson Rd. in Cicero, NY.  Doors open at 2:30PM.  A post-show reception with refreshments is included with admission.   Advance sale tickets $15-$10 are available online at

Theresa Harris has over 30 years experience as a choir singer and soloist; served as cantor for many years in Catholic masses, weddings and funeral ceremonies; studied voice privately with the late Amanda (Newhouse) Carnie for years in Oswego, NY and again at North Star Music Studios in the late 1990’s. 
She holds a bachelor's degree from Iona College in Communication.   She and Jerry Exline have collaborated on Special Event Music performances since 2008.  When she is not singing, Theresa has a keen interest in women’s issues, supports the advancement of the arts, and has served on several non-profit boards.


Dr. Jerry Exline holds a bachelor's degree and doctorate from the Eastman School of Music of the University of Rochester. He also holds a master's degree from the University of Michigan and a diploma from the Sherwood School of Music. He previously taught at Oswego State University and served as chair of the Department of Music there from 1989 - 1996. An accomplished pianist, he has performed numerous recitals throughout the Central New York region in various styles, ranging from classical, jazz, to pop.  In addition, he is a member of CNYAMT, he performs on piano & tuba & vocals with the Bear Cat Jass Band of Syracuse. He is currently on the faculty of LeMoyne College, where he is an adjunct instructor of piano and assistant director of The Jassuits. In their visual arts program, he teaches Global Masterpieces - A Survey of World Art.
